Mindful Movement + Practice
At this stage, you’ve likely dedicated your life to serving others in the most beautiful ways as mothers, friends, sisters and in the work you do. As your responsibilities shift, it’s a perfect time to turn the focus back on you.
Adding regular movement, particularly when coupled with mindfulness practice and supportive women, has the potential to nourish both body and spirit, in ways that allow you to move through life with more grace and gratitude then ever before.
Your long term solution
Fitness shouldn’t be complicated. My goal is to keep things simple and doable, so that you feel excited about adding Pilates into your weekly routine. Traditional Pilates is all about building the foundation to help you move confidently in life. Proper posture and alignment can set you up for a pain-free existence, where you can chase everything from your dreams to your grandchildren with confidence.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
Join me via Zoom and move with guidance tailored to your body. Wrap each class with a mindful practice, and stick around for a cuppa where we’ll connect with the other remarkable women in our community. Can’t make a class? No worries! You can join us in spirit and all class replays will be stored in a video library for when you’re ready.
Each session is a full Pilates class, designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence safely.
We end every class with a short meditation, Reiki and/or breathwork practice to help you reset and leave feeling calm and grounded.
After class, you’re welcome to stay for a casual coffee chat — a space to connect, ask questions, and simply enjoy a few minutes of conversation.
In-Person Pilates
With several options to serve you in-person, I work with people privately and in groups. My approach is always the same: Meet you where you’re at right now, move you toward your goals, and have a ton of fun and self-compassion as we embark on this journey toward vibrancy together.
A little about me
With over 30 years teaching fitness and movement, I’ve been guiding clients in Pilates for nearly 3 decades! My first comprehensive certification 28 years ago, was through Stott Merrithew in Toronto and the second through Club Pilates in Windsor.
Along with the Mat Repertoire, I teach on Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Ladder Barrels and Stability Chair. I teach students at every level and have additional Pilates training in Injuries and Special Populations.
As a certified Yoga instructor, Breathwork facilitator, and Level 2 Reiki practitioner, I nurture the mind-body connection, helping clients embark on a journey toward wellness.
I am dedicated to joyful living, fostering an enriching community that celebrates the beauty of movement and connection.
